Commercial FF&E quality without commercial FF&E pricing. New Summer Classics Pointe teak dining chairs paired with custom teak side tables, designed for demanding hospitality and outdoor environments.
Built for commercial hospitality use with materials specified for high humidity, UV exposure, salt air, and chlorinated environments — the kind of demanding outdoor conditions resorts, hotels, and multifamily properties require, not ordinary residential patio furniture. This is new FF&E inventory, available now.
This listing is a different kind of inventory than BBF's usual liquidation stock. These are new, unused hospitality-grade teak pieces — not previously owned hotel furniture, and not inexpensive residential patio furniture.
Suited for resorts, hotels, multifamily properties, vacation rentals, designers, developers, and outdoor hospitality projects that would otherwise be sourcing new commercial outdoor furniture at standard commercial FF&E pricing.
Full manufacturer and design specifications — construction, materials, dimensions, and commercial-use details — are available for buyers who need them ahead of a purchase decision.
