Hilton Carillon engaged BBF to manage the FF&E side of a 227-room renovation in St. Petersburg, Florida — outgoing furniture liquidation, incoming FF&E installation, and the logistics coordination connecting the two, sequenced against the property's active renovation schedule. As a business hotel, the room mix reflects a corporate-traveler profile: roughly 80% king rooms to 20% double-double, and the FF&E plan was built around that mix room by room. The scope covered guest rooms as well as corridor and public-area FF&E, with BBF acting as the single point of coordination across liquidation, installation, and transport rather than the property managing separate vendors for each phase. The project closed out in 2025 on schedule, with all outgoing FF&E cleared, sorted, and either liquidated or brokered, and all incoming FF&E installed and inspected room by room ahead of turnover.
